For the 2022 year's final project, we had to read a book from any author, then create a video game BASED on the universe of the story. In a team of four, we choose Jules Verne to be our inspiration, because we love the Steampunk style created in his stories, and the potential to create a fantastic yet mysterious world for a video game. In this game, you play a archeologist in search of a notebook which contains informations on strange machines created by a mysterious inventor. The difficulty of the game come from many traps in the inventor's underground laboratory, such as poison gas and robots, so that no one can discover his inventions and secrets. For this project, I created assets of props as machines, stones, crystals, decoration, chains, metallic structure and pipes with 3DS Max and ZBrush, and created the logos of the game with Illustrator. I animated some of my assets with 3DS Max and I also search sounds effects and musics for the game. You can see the assets I made and render with Marmoset Toolbag, and also screenshots of the game. All textures was created by Julie Saguin, the Unity integration was possible by Sacha Garcia and Laura Bennoin was in charge of modeling assets and characters.
